Our founders were practicing litigators who knew there had to be a better way to automate the parts of the law that do not require human legal judgment. DISCO Ediscovery was created, and DISCO was born.

    They had engaged a few potential candidates through their existing network but had yet to see an executive who had both the technical depth and operational excellence needed for this executive role.

  • Identify critical executive experience, build a comprehensive ideal candidate profile, map the market and develop an effective high touch executive engagement process.

  • Engaged and delivered one of the industry’s leading CTO’s who was looking for their next challenge as a COO. It was an exceptional fit for our client. They were able to raise another 9 figures in funding and go public via IPO within about 24 months of hiring the executive we delivered.
